On August, 8, 2022, “Leipzig – Chance for Science” project leader Prof. Dr. Roland Happ invited professors and lecturers from the partner Ukrainian universities; Donetsk National Technical University, Sumy State University and V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University to a joint kick-off meeting.
After the project presentation, the participants in the Zoom conference expressed their expectations regarding the project, and jointly agreed on their ideas conerning the teaching offers for the Ukrainian undergraduate and graduate student, as well as the doctoral programme for PhD students and young researchers. The participants also exchanged their thoughts on the thematic focus, the eligibility of student groups, the number of courses to be coordinated, as well as the examination requirements and forms of cooperation in the courses.
